This project was also inspired by our friends at Flex Innovations, known for their extreme-performance, large-scale aircraft. The FT Twin Otter was created as the perfect DIY stepping stone—offering similar flight characteristics in a smaller, easy-to-build platform that prepares pilots for higher-energy models.

Equipped with the FT Aura 5, the Twin Otter delivers powerful flight-assist features like launch assist, level assist, and differential stabilization. With the flip of a switch, you can move seamlessly from training flights to aggressive aerobatics.
