Much Needed Kit In Today's Market
The Simple Stick kit was easy to build, and it flew very well. Josh's video instructions were excellent. This was a refreshing experience compared to the difficult to build Chinese kits that came with little or no instructions.
I left off the power pod and epoxied a full-sized firewall to the nose for my 3530 motor. Be aware that epoxy does not adhere very well to the paper of the Maker Foam. I made a floorboard to accommodate my 2200mAh 3S lipo above and my ESC below.
Thank You, FliteTest.

A wonderful plane
I have built a great many planes over the last 50 years and this Simple Stick with the new Makers foam is clearly the best. I have built over 20 of these planes and give them to others. Fun to build, well designed, and fly's great with a power pack "B. Ordering six more."

Great Beginner Plane
I forgot to says that it flies a little different with the symmetrical airfoils. It was very smooth and not as "floaty" as many beginner planes. I used a C Power Pack with 2200 3S battery. Spectrum Safe Receiver with forward programing. I think my kids will love this one. This is a step up in size from the Tiny Trainer.
