The FT Mighty Mini Explorer was created to give you the ultimate first experience of both building and flying. At Flite Test, we love to create experiences that are rewarding, educational, and most of all fun! We have learned so much over the past 14 years and have used that knowledge to create the ultimate trainer. This resulted in a small but incredibly durable aircraft that can be built in as little as one hour and go from a simple two channel glider to an advanced four channel platform that is perfect for aerobatics and even FPV. We used the successful designs that our community liked and incorporated them into the FT Mighty Mini Explorer.

This pusher aircraft features a trainer wing that can easily be swapped out for the optional sport wing for better maneuverability and control. It also features a removable nose that provides plenty of room for not only the  battery, but also our micro all-in-one FPV camera. You can anticipate flight times over 10 minutes and a speed envelope that can be slow enough for a large indoor arena or a small backyard. When you install the three cell battery along with the sport wing, it adds speed and air abilities with unlimited vertical and incredible agility!  The FT Mighty Mini Explorer is one of our most versatile designs to date and we’ve made sure that every step of growth you take in the hobby is met with an airplane that can meet your expectations.

The FT Mighty Mini Explorer was designed specifically for the FT Power Pack A v.2. This power pack not only flies this aircraft, but can easily go on to power over 20 other FT Mighty Mini designs!
