3-Design (Hornet, Stealth and Me) Glider or Jet Build Kit
The FT EZ Jets MKR2 Build Kit delivers a STEM-focused RC flight experience. Learn aerodynamics, build unique jets, and design your own. Aligned with ISTE standards.
FT EZ Jets MKR2
The FT EZ Jets will propel you beyond the clouds into the highest levels of flight. These airframes are custom-designed for FT STEM Project EZ Jets to zip you along as you explore aerodynamic drag and Its effect on wing design. The lesson guide and online videos will show you how to build and fly these custom-designed foam board planes. They can be flown as gliders or combined with the EZ Power Pack for remote controlled flight. Cruise your jet on a mission as long as 10 minutes with ranges of over 400ft.
EZ HORNET
The FT EZ Hornet is one of the EZ3 Jets that are available as part of the new FT STEM Project EZ Jets. This high-performance STEM experience that can be used in learning environments at school, home, camps or anywhere near the sound barrier. The STEM Lesson Guide will propel you through the discovery about aerodynamic drag forces and why wings on very fast aircraft look the way they do.
The EZ Hornet is inspired by the F/A-18 Hornet. The EZ Hornet is a maneuverable, moderate speed, large gym or outdoor flyer. It won't go as fast as the real one, but it's still a lot of fun for all ages to build and fly.
EZ STEALTH
The FT EZ Stealth is one of the EZ3 Jets that are available as part of the new FT STEM Project EZ Jets. This high-performance STEM experience can be used in learning environments at school, home, camps or anywhere near the sound barrier. The STEM Lesson Guide will propel you through the discovery about aerodynamic drag forces and why wings on very fast aircraft look the way they do.
The EZ Stealth is inspired by the unique shape and flat surfaces of the F-117S Nighthawk Stealth Fighter. The EZ Stealth is a slow speed, smooth and stable, calm day or indoor flyer. It looks great with the optional LED set for late afternoon flying. The LEDs are green because the supplier didn't have blue.
EZ ME
The FT EZ Me is one of the EZ3 Jets that are available as part of the new FT STEM Project EZ Jets. This high-performance STEM experience can be used in learning environments at school, home, camps or anywhere near the sound barrier. The STEM Lesson Guide will propel you through the discovery about aerodynamic drag forces and why wings on very fast aircraft look the way they do.
The EZ Me was inspired by the first operational jet-powered fighter aircraft, the Me 262. With swept wings and smooth lines like a swallow, the EZ Me is a quick and smooth outdoor flyer. Almost anyone can build and fly the EZ Me, unlike Its big brother. You can have a dogfight with another FT EZ plane, but you should probably leave the really crazy stuff to the larger models.

Mighty Fun and Rewarding tiny RC jet!
The FT EZ Hornet Is one of the most exciting EZ planes to fly! In my experience it lives up to its looks and namesake by dashing across the sky at the fastest speed of any of my EZ plane models! At full speed it makes a long graceful turn, just like the big Jets do. When you slow it down almost to a stall and allow the nose to point up a little bit, and then kick in full right or left turn, it will turn on a dime! I have decorated my Hornet to look like a Blue Angel, and it always attracts A curious audience. To get the most out of the Hornet, you need to practice flying it a lot! The position of the battery for balance andthe angle of the horizontal tail fins can be adjusted to get it to behave just the way you like. I've crashed this plane more than any of the others but it also has the most to teach me and a lot to give! The long skinny nose on this model has hit the ground hard many times and it has a lot of tape and hot glue holding it together. I just follow the Flite Test Motto: "Build, Fly, Crash, repeat!
