FT B-25 Mitchell MKR2
The North American B-25 Mitchell is an American medium bomber that was introduced in 1941 and named in honor of Major General William "Billy" Mitchell, a pioneer of U.S. military aviation. In honor of the original, the FT B-25 Mitchell takes the prestigious history and identifiable airframe characteristics and combines them to make a pleasurable building and flying model. The FT B-25 can be powered on Power Pack B Twin or C Twin, depending on desired flight. One unique characteristic of the FT B-25 is its fully operational bomb hatch, that can use the extra servo of a power pack. There is also an optional landing gear that makes take-off and landing an enjoyable part of your experience.

Great Military Bomber
I saw David’s enthusiasm for this build and had to try it myself. It has tremendous elevator authority for tight loops and even inverted flying. The bomb drop is amazing! I put paratroopers in there for the local air show. I lost the nose wheel on landing, so I beefed up that area with popsicle sticks. It doesn’t roll very fast, but differential thrust makes it quite agile. I love trotting this out with a modified tail turret. Great flying plane!

FT B 25
Build was easy and interesting. Made one of the rudders functional. Worked great as a candy bomber at our annual airshow !
