Hitec X1 Pro DC Multi-Charger (6S/16A/180W)
I found that it wouldn't read all the cells at the same time as i'm charging. I couldn't switch over, and see what they were individually, then back to my normal full voltage and amps; without re-setting the system. Bummer. It does charge fast, it's very tiny, portable, POWERFUL!!!, cheap, semi easy to use.. Cannot beat the price, vs all the other chargers out there for the same price range at all!!! This is by far, the best charger in the price range! PERIOD! I am using my own Pro-Peak 13.8V/20A AC/DC power supply, so I can use it indoors, at full potential, and outdoors at full potential, and stable power... So I don't nuke the system, from over loading the charger with a huge battery at a high rate charge. (Been there done that). The finish beep chime is very quiet. Barely hear it. Even in my bedroom, I barely hear it. It could be louder. Unless there's a volume I haven't found on it? Maybe??
Pretty cool that it comes with a full balancer pad, Power leads, and a few charging leads. Has a temp sensor port and a USB port! Hast a big smart fan that stays very cool! It never got hot, when I was charging my huge heli batts at max power for my 700 heli battery. 6S 5500mah 45C at 8.1A. (8,100mah) fast charge. If I do the math, That's: 180W/22.2V=8.10Amps true calculated power output, into a 6S. So, My max charging capacity for the 6S on this charger is at 8,100mah. (1A=1,000Mah) You take the wattage of the charger, and divide that by the voltage of your battery pack. That will give you that max amperage charge rate it will put out, for every cell pack.
Few pro's and a few con's.. But the pro's by far out weigh the con's. I highly recommend it!
I fly Electric, Glow and Gas. I trust this charger to work with all my serious models!

Hitec X1 Pro DC Multi-Charger (6S/16A/180W)
Main voltage and individual cell voltages don't match. For example: when doing a lipo balance charge, the main voltage will say 8.02 volts but the individual cells will be something like 4.10 and 4.11 which should be 8.21 volts. However, when it's finished charging the main voltage does end at 8.40 volts so that's fine. I verified with a battery meter that the end voltage actually was 8.40 so I'm not worried about overcharging/undercharging my packs or anything, it's just annoying. I contacted Hitec and they sent me a replacement charger but that one did the same thing so I sent the replacement back. Besides this issue I'm having, I like the charger.
