This is my first purchase from Flite Test. I purchased this to introduce my wife to RC Airplanes, she has watched my Larger Helicopters and wanted to part of RC Air. The kit is straight forward, wish they had come with printed instructions, watching the Flite Test videos worked... Pay attention to the slide in universal power pod clearance before gluing the fuselage, I had clearance issues after assembly of the fuselage and landing gear which was easy enough to adjust after the fact but would have saved assembly time and overall appearance. Once she was comfortable flying 3 Channel I added the longer ailerons and the forth channel to the trainer wing. It flies quite nicely with the "B" motor included in the kit. I have plans to add the "C" motor and cut in a set of flaps in the future still using the Trainer wing making her a true STOl airplane. I would buy this product in the future should the need for another trainer which says it all! Thanks Flite Test.

I am so amazed by this airplane! I got the bundle and love how responsive and capable it is. I used a 6-channel RX to enable separate aileron channels. I use it for Flaperons, which let me fly it very slowly as well as do 3D moves. I have reinforced the landing gear a few times do to less than perfect landings and it is fully capable of hovering on a 4S 1300. One of my favorite Flite Test builds for sure.

Just finished with my first motorized Kit the FT TurboTutor Value Bundle. It took me a day and a half to build because I really took my time and watched the videos over and over but so much fun. I plan to share my experience on my Youtube channel. As well as the maiden once the weather is nice and the field is dry. It's my 1st major build. I built two EZ gliders to try to get the hang of the techniques first. Thanks for a great product. and all the extra wires. Quick note.. This only comes with the tail dragger landing gear so if you want something like the tricycle gear you will need to purchase the other kit.
