The FT Spitfire is the 10th design in the swappable series and the first of which that is a warbird. This is the perfect gateway into scale-like flying and is also a good introduction into four channel flying. This plane is great for beginners and or experienced pilots who are looking for scale lines without the unforgiving flight characteristics of most scale warbirds. This was achieved by taking the wing of the FT Cruiser and heavily modifying it with the unmistakable elliptical Spitfire wing shape, increasing the size of the under cambered wing tips and adding dihedral. The result is a very forgiving scale warbird that flies just as good as it looks.

NOTE:
Will ship within 3 business days.

Just completed my Spitfire I purchased a while back. Very nice! Easy build. Looks great. I installed an AR630 to have stabilization to establish flight characteristics. I set mine up base on other people's comments and it flew outstanding. I may even limit the control surfaces a little more as it is very responsive. Now for some paint. Having Safe isn't necessary but makes for low stress launches and landings.

Nice plane, flies good. A solid intermediate plane has a little bit of a tip stall problem but not too bad, awsome flying for a spit.

Easy build but I had problems with the winds because it torn through and cracked open. But just glued it together and looks fine.
