It is rather powerful and can get up to 300' rather quickly - about 15 seconds, utilizing a 3s 1300mAh battery. It float nicely and was able to catch some good thermals. It has better maneuverability than the Radian, with the ailerons, but is a little heavy.
It's a good glider for a beginner.
So, here we go.
It flies just fine on a 2S 1300 mAh pack. Not amazing vertical power but more than enough to go find thermals or to power out on a slope launch.
This is a heavy plane. It can and will thermal, but you need some serous lift to do so.
It slopes extremely well.
It looks great in the air.
It is an honest flying plane with no bad habits within normal parameters.
Glad to have one.
And the less good news...
The tail surface throws are extremely low using the included hardware (PNP version). I had to retrofit some VERY short rudder and elevator horns to get decent tail throws.
The roll rate is very low, so getting out of extreme trouble could be a problem.
The instructions for programming the ESC are not matched to the actual ESC, but it is not hard to figure out the actual situation and get it running correctly.
Mine came with a hopeless mix or insufficiently long screws for mounting the wing.
You can “tip stall” this model both upright and inverted, but that takes some doing. It generally flies quite well.
I definitely am happy with mine, but had to add MUCH shorter horns to the tail surfaces, and cobble together wing mounting screws.
I do not at all recommend going to 3S, just not needed. If you want a hotliner then get one. This is a great looking scale-inspired quirky fun glider for general use.
No feedback possible
Could not turn it on
Could not pair
How can I be helped?
No battery inside, no transmitter and no receiver.
Second item bought with no way of operating!!
Could you just tell me how to buy without having to beg for help?
I have placed a lot of orders to Amazon and also through you, to try to solve the matter.
I would appreciate a item ready to fly and capable to being shipped to Mexico
It does not matter if I pay again
I bought a plane called Delta Air in NY, it was sent to Brooklyn, it never flew.
I bought this one, now in Mexico, I am trying to get it on the air, could you help, please?
The previous plane did not arrive at all but I did receive the reimbursement.
I have called to you but what I listen is a recording.
