The Emax LS line of brushless fpv drone motors are changing the motor game yet again! Whether you're a racer or a freestyle pilot, there is a LS motor for to fit your flying style and power needs. "LS" stands for light spec, and EMAX spent countless hours of research and development to produce a motor that is lightweight for its class, powerful, and durable. 

The LS series offers two different sized stators (2206 & 2207), and a wide kV range to meet each pilots unique needs. 

A completely different bell design has been manufactured that incorporates upper and lower beam support, which reduces damage from impacts after a crash. The bells are anodized with a sleek stealth black color, and feature a silver beveled edge for exquisite aesthetic looks. 

The mounting base has also been slightly redesigned. By reducing the size to 16x16 mounting pattern, EMAX was not only able to shed weight in this area, but additionally reduce the risk of shorting out the windings when mounting the motors with long screws. 

Internal construction consists of NSK high efficiency bearings, a stator that features 0.15mm silicon steel laminations, 1.8mm N48SH arc magnets, are all a complete package to provide the pilot with these two goals: incredible power and optimum efficiency. Lastly, now utilizing 18AWG wire, EMAX discovered that by using larger guage wires, a 5% increase in performance was gained in comparison to standard 20AWG wire.
