Contains everything needed to power one of our Small Fixed Winged Planes such as the Flyer, Delta, Nutball, FT22, Old Fogey, Old Speedster and most other airframes that weigh between 1-2 lbs. The only other components you will need to fly is a battery/charger and transmitter/reciever. The included motor and ESC comes presoldered with 3.5mm Bullets and XT60 Connector.
This stuff at a hobby store cost twice as much and they wouldnt/couldn't make the prop fit the small motor.
Ordered this and everything is there and works together. Building the Old Fogey with this power pack and a 2c battery. Will order again.
Great YouTube videos BTW.

Great package with one exception. Prop supplied did not fit motor shaft. Hole was too big. Alexander LeTourneau on 18th Sep 2016
All the electrical components I needed. It takes the improvising out of the building. Dan on 14th Aug 2016
All good but the BEC on the speed controler has no output Chris Howdle on 2nd Aug 2016
Very good kit for trainer like me.
I build the FT Delta and all works perfect. The motor hit many times in the ground and hopefully is still going.
Just you have a little search for the suitable battery, control horns, push rods.

I love the quality of everything that was sent. Everything worked great. Everything was there and accounted for. Nicely packaged. The only problem I had was the screws for the motor did not hold very well. Small fix but not a problem now. Also took me awhile to finally finish the build because I scratch built the body and forgot push rods and control horns. But it turned out well. Also did a quality control test (Ahem, crashed) on Saturday with the really bad wind, and the items still worked and were very durable. Will be purchasing some more items at Flight Fest as well as online. Janaki on 14th Jun 2016
This is a pretty good start up kit for first timer. The whole flitetest.com site rules. This is genius. I love the free plans and have built two FT Flyers and am going to be starting a new entirely different project, a more complicated plane. I'm a first time flyer and and lovin' it. I have already ordered a PowerPack C, double kit. Jason Miller on 2nd Jun 2016
Love the convenience of taking the guesswork out of what goes with what. And also- the pre soldered connections... My soldering skills aren't the best. Unknown on 29th May 2016
Everything you see in the picture is included, and while you can be up and running with just the motor, servos, and props I found it quite nice that Flite-Test includes more than enough servos and other goodies like servo extension cables and some really nice screw drivers to complete the pack. When scratch building I could follow along with some instruction and have all of what I needed right there, it was nice to have a lot of the guesswork and frustration moved out (no more DIY servo y harnesses or janky extensions) so ultimately it is a very complete kit.
One thing to note however, is that if you are building any of the FT planes, be sure to pick up the simple firewall and some control horns as well, and if you don't have any skinny stiff wire lying about, push rods as well. I am fortunate enough to have access to a laser cutter for future projects, but I forgot to order these and it kept my explorer out of the air for another few days. Chris on 23rd May 2016
It's probably a good idea to review the power systems Youtube video in the Flitetest beginner series, but overall this cuts out most of the legwork of choosing the right components. I'm currently using this set up in an Explorer and it seems adequate for my inexperienced piloting. I believe once my piloting skills reach sufficient levels I'll want a bit more power but based on my research the esc provided already will cover the amps for the C power pack.
