    1. Awesome Kit!

I really love how easy this kit makes it to build the Mini Guinea. on 24th Jan 2017

    2. Brilliant Model !

Buying the kit from Flite Test is a no-brainer - no way could you justify printing the plans, buying all the materials, & then cutting it all out by hand. The quality of the laser cut foam is perfect - especially the way they can cut half way through the foam where required !

      Only 2 questions :
      - The build video shows the paint stick being cut into 2 lengths for the laminated main spar, with enough left over for the nose-wheel supports - there is no left-over for the supports.
      - The laminated paint stick spar is 7mm thick, whereas the outer foam-board spars/spacers are only 4.8mm thick. Does this mean that the wing gets thinner towards the tips ?

    3. 2nd Mini Guinea

This is my second MG kit as the first has been worn out from constant use. It is the most satisfying model kit I have ever built and flown. My first became a hit with the kids after many parachute drops and later, my first FPV platform (for which it is an excellent model). I cannot recommend this kit enough as a first twin engine model or FPV platform. Just get one. on 18th Jul 2016

    4. A mini with a difference

I had built and flown the Big GP and loved it so much I had to have the little one.
And me being me, I decided to be different. Instead of the stock twin prop set up, mine sports quad 30mm EDF's. Takes off in about 15 feet, and is a rocket, but can slow down for easy 1/2 throttle cruising. Added landing gear from the scrap box for versatility.

    5. Speed build kits are awesome

i've built from plans before printed and tiled together, it took me less time to finish the entire assembly than it would have taken me just to get the plans tiled and laid out on 4th May 2016

    6. Great Christmas present!

What a fun airplane. The quality or the kit is fantastic and packaged very well. Being the 14 year old I am having 4 years in the hobby, it was simple to build and fly. The parts fit wonderfully and straight, and the build video was clear and complete. I love dropping all sorts of things out of the cargo bay and can viewing it from a onboard camera. 11/10 highly recommended. on 9th Jan 2016

    7. Love the fit

So far the Mini Guinea is a very well thought out and planned kit that fits together neat and clean. I just need to hook up the motors, and program the differential mix into my DX8. Really exited to get a maiden flight on 18th Nov 2015

    8. Best kit I have bought of anything

I (12 year old boy) purchased this a while back thinking I would have fun building it and flying it. I was 100% WRONG, the build was very very fun and all the pieces went together perfectly. on the maiden flight, the amateur I am, did not realize the elevator servo was reversed. Three hard nose dives later I had it up and running well. I was able to do rolls and flips much easier and better than on the UMX sport cub s and any other plane i have flown. The plane flies perfectly, easily and it impresses my public audience of joggers and barking dogs. It went together so well and came packaged so beautifully I decided to buy the Mini Scout and the Mini Old speedster. 10/10 would recommend 10/10 service 10/10 build video 11/10 happiness :) on 17th Nov 2015

    9. Great Plane!

I built this last winter and have flown it, crashed it, fixed it, upgraded it, reinforced it, added fpv, added HD Camera, experimented with thrust differential, and had just a really great time with this awesome little plane.

These flight test planes make me a better pilot because I am not afraid to take chances with them. If I crash them I'll just build another.

    10. wanna have fun? Than get this.

Very nice kit. I did goof with the wood spars but was able to get by. Thanks to all your staff for making these kits available. This was my 3rd kit from you. Thanks again. on 20th Sep 2015
